SIME DARBY HUMAN RESOURCE~SUCKS


Kemudian aku tanya lagi boleh tak sambungkan dengan sesiapa saja yang aku boleh bertanya pasal award anak pekerja ...lantas dia sambungkan aku semula pada satu nombor dan kali ini baru aku dengar suara orang tapi malangnya ia dari division Yayasan Sime Darby dan tidak dapat membantu kerana pekerja Sime Darby hanya diuruskan oleh Human Resource Department.Namun kerana ingin membantu dia telah bagikan dua no direct lines yang mana bila aku talipon bertanyakan salah seorang masaalah ku dia tidak dapat menjawab kerana tak tahu lantas memberi ku no operator dan extension yg aku telah talipon berkali2 sejak petang semalam.

Aku cuma nak minta penjelasan dari mereka tentang requirements yg tercatat untuk keputusan SPM dibawah ~kalau pahaman aku anak aku layak tapi kenapa awal2 lagi kena reject atas alasan anak aku ada 2 A- pada non-core subjects. Cuma nak tanya kalau tak boleh ada langsung A- kenapa tak tulis saja pada requirements tu minimum 9As tak perlu lah nak tekankan'A' pada core subjects pulak....pas tulis * 'A' refer for A or A+

SAMBUNGAN~ bila suami call Mr Raymond dengan angkuh dia berkata ada budak yg dapat 8A+ with 1 A- pun dia dah reject malahan katanya ramai yg dia dah reject....habis tu kalau semua 8 A+ tiba2 yg minus tu one of the required core subjects contohnya BM maka betullah kena reject atau serbab kau bengang dengan satu kes macam tu kau ubah ikut suka hati kau je...mananya slogan WALK the TALK !! Selain nak dengar yg anak kita was from RMC active dalam sports and curriculum ,dia cuma jawab," macam tu apa dah jadi dengan ramai budak2 yg dia dah reject ,"so dia suruh suami tulis pada bigger Boss yg sampai sekarang e mail suami tak ada balasan ~punyalah Haram jadah layanan mereka .

Yang lebih ralat sebab anak dah talipon bahagian plantations katanya result anak ikut requirements yg diiklankan dalam Sime Darby Portal memang layak ,so apa harus seorang ibu harus buat ,nak pergi terjah pejabat Human Resource dan bertengkar soal ni yg aku rasa seperti mahu jer pergi kalau suami tak larang asalkan hati puas kerana rasa ditipu oleh manusia baghal dan lokek yg perasan Sime Darby tu kepunyaan Datuk mereka!Perasan mereka ada kuasa, macamlah mereka tu otak cemerlang sangat ,simple english pun di pesung sebegitu.Kasihan betul anak aku ...

26hb April ini di Stadium Titiwangsa ,Yayasan Pendidikan Titiwangsa akan bagi anugerah cemerlang 2011 ,RMC dah buat lebih awal .....kenapa SIME DARBY SUCKS ! pinjam ayat amad shah hehe. Memang Human Resource Sime Darby teruk suka

yes..seriuslu sucks..now im doing project with them...without any agreement n a loose contract nk potong payment..and also kena buat kerja-kerja yang takder dlm contract..now they want to cut off my paymnet thru workers quantity not our quality...im doing maintenance..and this is so stupid working with them that thnking they are so good...po da cit...engineer but they are so stupid also...
